Do you sign NDAs before discussing my idea?
Yes, absolutely. We provide a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon request before any technical scoping or exchange of proprietary information. Hardware IP is your most valuable asset, and we treat it securely.
Who owns the Intellectual Property (IP) and design files?
You do. You own everything for your IP. Upon final payment for the milestone or project, all Altium/KiCad source files, Gerbers, schematic PDFs, 3D step files, and firmware source code are transferred entirely to you. We can also provide ongoing support on projects designed from our company.
Do you handle mass manufacturing?
We specialize in prototyping, EVT/DVT phases, and low-volume bring-up (1-50 units). However, we design purely for Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and can introduce you to our trusted PCBA partners in Shenzhen or India for mass production handoff.
How do you structure your pricing?
After our initial scoping call, we provide a quote tailored to your project. Payment terms are flexible and can be discussed to suit the project timeline and deliverables. We avoid hourly billing to ensure our incentives align with delivering a finished product.
